Seek to Thrive in these Changing TimesHow Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine can help shape our future
Saturday 6th – Sunday 7th August
Location: Online
New Zealand native plants were widely used traditionally for the treatment of coughs, infections and other conditions affecting the lungs. Through an appraisal of their traditional uses in Rongoā Māori, and their 21st century uses by medical herbalists and naturopaths in Aotearoa/New Zealand and Australia, knowledge has been gained around how we can now best use several native plants to both help prevent and treat unwanted microbial infections and other inflammatory and congestive conditions of our airways. Phil will summarise and integrate this information for some key plants, and discuss case studies, involving their clinical use.
